Having recently stayed at Astoria Grand, I found the hotel to be a comfortable option with quality service. The staff, though not overly friendly, were efficient and helpful. The room was spacious and well-appointed, boasting modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and a good shower. However, the hotel lacked the personalized touch I usually seek in accommodations. The complimentary birthday cakes delivered to guests exemplify a thoughtful gesture that enhances the overall experience.The convenient location, within walking distance from major attractions, is undoubtedly a highlight, making sightseeing a breeze. While the on-site parking was secure, the additional fee was a drawback in considering the overall value of the stay. The hotel's recent renovation added a touch of class, elevating the ambiance and comfort level.In terms of the financial aspect, the hotel provided a decent return on investment, considering the room rate and amenities offered. For a no-fuss stay with a good level of comfort, Astoria Grand presents a reasonable choice for travelers seeking convenience and modern facilities.
